Holidays, New York City Style

Radio City Music Hall, New York CityI love New York. I really do. San Francisco’s cool, London’s hip (too hip for this blue collar boy), Tokyo’s cutting edge. But New York is raw and emotional, and I love that city so much. Yes, I moved away to Maine last year to get away from the hubub of city life, and I haven’t been back to NYC since then, but I miss it dearly, especially around Christmastime. The lights, the people, the cool air; they all combine to a really magical feeling that sits low in your belly and keeps you warm. That, I miss.

The Brooklyn Nomad has a very cool post about 10 must-sees and must-dos in NYC during the holiday season. From ice skating to museum going, there’s really no match. Check out his post.
